Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, for a Closing Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth completion of property closings, coordinating with clients, legal teams, and financial institutions, and verifying all documentation and compliance requirements. You will also support the funding and mortgage lending processes while maintaining client-focused service and a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Closings and related processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution of real estate transactions
• Proficiency in overseeing Funding and coordinating financial aspects of real estate deals
• Strong background in Sales and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, channel partners, and other parties
• Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending with an understanding of financial documentation and compliance requirements
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience or certifications in real estate, property management, or finance are a plus
