The Role

We are looking for a driven and high-performing Closing Manager to lead our real estate sales function. If you have strong experience in property sales, team handling, and closing high-value deals, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to hit monthly & annual targets
  • Create and execute sales strategies to increase conversions
  • Handle high-value clients and end-to-end sales cycles
  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Track market trends and competitor strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns
  • Guide & mentor junior team members
  • Ensure excellent post-sales service

What You Need

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing
  • 2+ years of real estate sales experience (plotted, residential, or commercial)
  • Strong negotiation & closing skills
  • Ability to handle a team and deliver results
  • CRM & MS Office knowledge
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Willing to travel locally
