This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager at Riyasat Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd., located in Panvel. The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end closing process for residential real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring all documentation and funding are complete, facilitating mortgage lending activities, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Proficiency in Closings and managing the end-to-end closing process
• Strong understanding of Funding and Loans
• Experience in Sales within the real estate or allied industries
• Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and related processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Previous experience in the real estate sector will be considered a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
