Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month + High Incentives (Monthly Payout on Closures)

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage walk-in clients and qualified leads at site
- Deliver project presentations and explain complete project details
- Explain plot layout, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
- Guide clients on infrastructure, connectivity, and future growth potential
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs for customers
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain trust
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to booking closure
- Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups via calls and meetings
- Negotiate effectively to close deals and maximize conversions
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports & database
- Generate references and repeat business from clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution and documentation
- Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales (plot sales preferred)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in handling site visits and field sales
- Strong follow-up and client management ability
