Job Description

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month + High Incentives (Monthly Payout on Closures)
Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and manage walk-in clients and qualified leads at site
  • Deliver project presentations and explain complete project details
  • Explain plot layout, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits
  • Guide clients on infrastructure, connectivity, and future growth potential
  • Conduct site visits and walkthroughs for customers
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain trust
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to booking closure
  • Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups via calls and meetings
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals and maximize conversions
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports & database
  • Generate references and repeat business from clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution and documentation
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales (plot sales preferred)
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in handling site visits and field sales
  • Strong follow-up and client management ability
