Role Overview:
The Real Estate Closing Manager NRI Segment will be responsible for handling, nurturing, and successfully closing real estate leads from NRI clients.
The role requires strong closing abilities, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel abroad for NRI Nivesh India Property Expos.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and close real estate leads from NRI clients across global markets
Represent the company at international NRI property exhibitions
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal sales teams
Build and maintain long-term relationships with NRI investors
Manage end-to-end sales closure including negotiations and follow-ups
Maintain CRM records and provide periodic sales reports Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or closures
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong client-handling and relationship management abilities
Confident personality with a professional approach
Valid Indian passport is mandatory
Open to international travel as per business requirements
Annual CTC - 6,00,000 pa to 12,00,000 pa
