Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Closing Manager to drive conversions and ensure seamless closure of property sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the KDMC (Kalyan-Dombivli) real estate market, with strong local market knowledge and client handling expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales closures by converting qualified leads and site visits into bookings
- Manage the entire closing cycle from negotiation to agreement execution
- Leverage KDMC market knowledge to improve conversions and client trust
- Maintain continuous follow-ups to ensure higher conversion ratios
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth transactions
- Ensure the timely collection of booking amounts and documentation completion
- Handle client objections professionally and provide effective solutions
- Track and report daily/weekly closure performance and pipeline status
- Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the closing process
