Job Summary
Graviti Properties is seeking an experienced Closing Manager with a strong background in luxury real estate closures in India, working with top developers. The role focuses on converting high-intent leads into successful deals while expanding into the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate is a confident closer, strategic negotiator, and client-focused professional with international market interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Close high-value luxury residential and investment property deals
- Handle qualified leads and investor clients for India & Dubai markets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Manage end-to-end deal closures including negotiation and booking
- Coordinate with top Indian developers and Dubai developers
- Assist clients with pricing, payment plans, and investment advisory
- Ensure completion of documentation, booking forms, and payment schedules
- Maintain CRM updates and accurate closure reports
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and closure targets
- Build long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, investors, and channel partners
Experience & Skills Required
- 78 years of experience in luxury real estate sales & closures
- Mandatory experience closing deals for top developers in India
- Proven track record of independent high-ticket closures
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work with the Dubai real estate market
- Result-oriented mindset with strong business ethics
