Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven professional to manage end-to-end commercial property sales closures at the project site in Kharadi. The role involves engaging with qualified leads, conducting site presentations, and driving conversions for office and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle site-level sales closures for commercial projects (office/retail spaces).
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients and investors.
Manage walk-ins and qualified leads generated through internal and external channels.
Work closely with channel partners, developers, and internal sourcing teams to drive conversions.
Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and booking closures.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports.
Achieve assigned revenue and booking targets.
Required Experience & Skills:
36 years of experience in commercial real estate sales / property closing.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
Experience handling office spaces, retail units, or commercial assets.
Excellent client handling and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven site sales environment.
Preferred Background:
Experience with developer-led or channel partner sales models.
Good understanding of the Pune commercial real estate market.
