Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Manager, located in the Panvel Division navi mumbai.The Closing Manager will oversee the closing process, ensure proper funding, and coordinate loan and mortgage lending requirements. The role involves collaborating with clients, lenders, and sales teams to ensure efficient and seamless closing operations. Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory guidelines will be critical to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Closings and Funding processes
• Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending practices
• Experience in Sales with a customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with real estate or financial documentation is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
