Job Title: Mortgage Closer

Work Location: Pune (Work from office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Originations - Closer, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and close deals while fostering relationships with clients. This role is crucial in driving our business forward and ensuring client satisfaction through successful deal closures.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Utilize strong Originations - Closer knowledge to effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth deal processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on deal progress and outcomes to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the deal process.
  • Individual to review Credit and closing documents.
  • Individual to review Homeowner's insurance, Title report, Appraisal report, purchase agreement, Loan estimates.
  • Individual to obtain fee sheet from title/ escrow company and prepare initial closing disclosure.
  • Must be able l to review all Origination charges, Title Charges, All third party charges on CD.
  • Individual to review all changed circumstance events like increase in APR/ Change in loan term or loan product/ Increase in finance charges.
  • Individual to review and calculate taxes and insurance & escrows.
  • Individual to review and calculate closing costs to determine seller/ realtor credits
  • Disclose Initial closing disclosure to borrower.
  • Review all type of cures/ credits on CD.
  • Connect with title/ escrow for balancing of CD VIA Cal / Email
  • Prepare all closing documents like Deed of Trust, Note, Final 1003, Final CD, Amortization Schedule, Initial Escrow account disclosure etc.
  • Work with Sales/ Processing/ UW team to clear the prior to close conditions.
  • Review the file for funding and request funds.
  • Assure error free documentation prior to distribution of closing packages
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Ensure customer service surveys maintain the rating level designated by management
  • Meet and/or exceed goals set by line of business that contribute to the Service Level Agreements with the Client

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Originations - Closer.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in relationship management and client engagement.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and deal management tools.
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or negotiation are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
