We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager (CLM) to work in our Customer Experience team. TheCLMwill serve as Relationship Manager for a Bhanzu enrolled parent and will be responsible to support them throughout their child's Bhanzu journey.
Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers
Identify customers needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams
Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers
Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
Upsell / cross-sell new products / services to clients
Requirements:
Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
Experience of driving sales (upselling / cross-selling)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems
Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases
