Job Summary
- Provide clinical support to physicians to perform TEER (Trans-catheter Edge to Edge Repair) procedures
- Educate Interventional Cardiologists, Imaging Specialist, Echocardiologists & Other Heart Team members on TEER Procedures
- Generate Leads and sales for TEER Procedures in Select states of Southern India region
Key Responsibilities u2013 Clinical & Therapy Development
- Understands product and therapy nitty-gritty and demonstrates in front of customers
- Promotes relevant clinical data points effectively and differentiates products via effective communication
- Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Analyses sales proactively to identify risk and opportunities to maximize sales
- Identifies potential new accounts and train them on TEER therapy with the help of expert KOLs
- Engages KOLs in various scientific activities u2013 CMEs, scientific symposium, training & proctoring etc
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and other Stakeholders from Abbott.
- Effectively manages channel partners to ensure best-in-class clinical support for heart team to perform TEER cases
- Manges hospital admin to ensure smooth supply for clinical case support for TEER procedures
- Logs in all cases, customer interactions, complaints regularly in Abbott internal CRM on timely basis
- Strenthens brand value of Abbott TEER in the market by scientific, clinical and educational activities with heart team.
- Develop & Implement Strategies in collaboration with Marketing Team
- Understands and adopts Abbott Culture
Requirements: Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree is preferred)
- Experience: 10+ years of experience
