We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) implementations. The role requires deep expertise in healthcare IT, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor, multi-departmental projects while ensuring compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary 

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for below activities 

Program Leadership & Delivery 

• Lead and manage complex, multi-site HIMS implementation programs from planning through go-live and post-implementation stabilization 
• Establish and maintain program governance structures, reporting frameworks, and escalation pathways 
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards 

Stakeholder & Governance Management 

• Serves as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, clinical leadership, IT teams, vendors, and external partners 
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues clearly to senior leadership and steering committees 

Implementation & Delivery 

• Develop project planning and it's implementation along with the team members 
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support activities 
• Ensure integration of HIMS with other external systems 
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure delivery against agreed milestones 
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies 

·Financial & Resource Management 

• Manage program budgets, forecasting, and cost controls 
• Raises Red flags at early stage to Senior Management on deviation from targeted goals 

Required Qualifications 

• B.Tech (CS,Electronics) or MCA 
• 8–10 years of implementation experience with atleast 3-4 multi chain of hospital or 500+ beds hospital implementation  
• Proven experience in performing program management for the hospital,  managing SteerCo meetings,  Escalations.  
• Have lead the team of atleast 10 ppl  
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and health information systems 

Preferred Certifications 

PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification
