In this role, your real-world expertise in clinical systems, EHRs, and hospital workflows will be used to evaluate, refine, and improve AI outputs in the healthcare domain — helping ensure AI understands the complexity and nuance of clinical environments.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract

  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Apply your clinical IT knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to healthcare systems and workflows
  • Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical usability
  • Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in AI responses about EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI models understand healthcare technology
  • Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that suits you

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and systems thinking skills
  • Comfortable translating clinical workflows and operational needs into technical context
  • Able to evaluate technical content critically and communicate feedback clearly
  • Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background working across clinical and IT stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs and teams
  • Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
  • Make a meaningful impact on how AI understands and supports the healthcare industry
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
