Position: Health and Medicine Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$30$60/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:1040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic health and medicine prompts spanning clinical reasoning, diagnosis differentials, treatment planning, pharmacology, public health, and patient education.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, clarity, and adherence to professional standards.
- Write high-quality human-authored gold responses for complex or ambiguous medical scenarios.
- Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in patient demographics, comorbidities, care settings, or regional guidelines.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones (clinical, educational, advisory) and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving unsafe recommendations, incorrect dosing logic, flawed clinical reasoning, or culturally inappropriate patient guidance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a closely related healthcare field.
- 2+ years of professional work experience in clinical practice, healthcare delivery, medical research, or a related medical setting.
- Active professional familiarity with healthcare systems and clinical practice in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong understanding of local clinical guidelines, standards of care, and regulatory frameworks within your linguistic/cultural context.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills in the target language.
- Ability to exercise careful, safety-conscious editorial judgment.
