Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Clinical Study Associate Manager specializing in life sciences and pharmacy. The Clinical Study Associate Manager will oversee trial management and clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and protocols. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical studies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role will also involve compiling research data, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Trial Management and coordinating clinical studies from initiation to completion
  • Knowledge and expertise in Clinical Operations, including team coordination and quality compliance
  • Understanding and application of Protocol standards and regulatory requirements for clinical studies
  • Solid foundation in Clinical Trials and Research methodologies and practices
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in data management and reporting systems (experience with statistical analysis is a plus)
  • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
  • Proactive communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in investigator-initiated studies or observational research is advantageous
