Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive product induction sessions for new employees.
- Plan, organize, and deliver internal training on product knowledge, both theoretical and practical.
- Provide continuous education on product usage and patient care techniques.
- Patient/customer complaints to handle.
- Coordinate and manage hospital workshops, training sessions, and awareness activities.
- Develop and maintain monthly activity and training calendars.
- Track and monitor activities across all territories to ensure timely execution.
- Collect and analyze data post workshops and events.
- Develop, update, and enhance training materials and modules.
- Track newly generated leads and ensure proper follow-up.
- Oversee and guide the team responsible for patient/guardian communication.
- Share valuable insights for product improvements and new product development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing.
- Certification: Enterostomal Therapy Nurse qualification is preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively and manage field activities with enthusiasm.
