We're looking for a seasoned Clinical SAS Programmer with strong expertise in SDTM, ADaM, and TFL to join our growing team. If you enjoy working at the intersection of clinical trials, statistical programming, and emerging GenAI initiatives, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as SME for SDTM / ADaM / TFL, collaborating with product owners, senior SMEs, and business analysts
Optimize product requirements and contribute to strategic decision-making
Partner with GenAI teams for model evaluation and continuous improvement
Support product teams through build, testing, and integration phases
Develop, maintain, and test standard R/SAS codebases for SDTM, ADaM, and TFL outputs
Work as a Clinical Trial SME focusing on statistical programming activities
(Good to have) Build interactive dashboards using R Shiny or similar tools
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Clinical Trial SAS Programming
Deep expertise in SDTM (must-have)
Solid understanding of ADaM and TFL processes
Hands-on experience with SAS; knowledge of R is an advantage
Exposure to clinical data standards and regulatory requirements
