Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Clinical Sales Specialist Laparoscopy & Endoscopy. The specialist will manage customer accounts, drive sales growth, and strengthen client relationships. Core responsibilities include promoting laparoscopic and endoscopic solutions, conducting product demonstrations, supporting hospitals and surgeons in understanding product capabilities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals. The role also involves offering technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
- Experience in Sales and Account Management with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of Medicine, particularly surgical and clinical applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Background in healthcare sales or a related field is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field is beneficial
