Who Can Apply (Open to ALL Life Sciences)
We are looking for motivated freshers from any of the following educational backgrounds:
- Pharmaceutical Sciences: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- Biological Sciences: B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Genetics.
- Natural Sciences: B.Sc / M.Sc in Zoology, Botany, or Environmental Science.
- Applied Sciences: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Forensic Science, or Biomedical Science.
- Healthcare: Nursing (B.Sc/M.Sc), BDS, BPT, or equivalent.
Role Responsibilities (Learning Path)
- You will be trained to handle the following core clinical operations:
- Trial Monitoring: Supporting on-site and remote coordination of clinical trials.
- ICH-GCP Compliance: Learning and applying international ethical and scientific quality standards.
- TMF Management: Organizing and maintaining Trial Master Files and essential study documents.
- Site Liaison: Communicating with investigators and hospital staff for protocol adherence.
