What You'll Do

As a Pharma/Clinical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and placing top-tier talent across

pharmaceutical and clinical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and MSP/VMS contacts to deliver

tailored staffing solutions across life sciences, healthcare, and biotech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for pharma and clinical roles

Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to manage requisitions and meet client needs

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases

Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations

Maintain accurate records in the ATS

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in pharma/clinical recruitment, ideally within MSP/VMS environments

Strong understanding of clinical trials, FDA regulations, and industry terminology

Experience hiring for roles such as Scientist, Chemist, Research Associate, Biologist, MD, Nurse, Clinical Project Manager, Regulatory Associate, Medical Writer, etc.

Proficiency with ATS platforms, VMS tools, and sourcing technologies

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently
