Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Clinical & Quality Manager based in Bengaluru. The Clinical & Quality Manager will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and implement strategies to maintain excellence in patient care. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving healthcare processes, developing and maintaining clinical protocols, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading initiatives to enhance healthcare service quality. The role requires collaboration with medical, administrative, and support teams to sustain a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Expertise in clinical operations management, healthcare compliance, and quality assurance practices
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical workflows and protocols
• Strong analytical skills for conducting quality audits and identifying areas for process improvements
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in healthcare and accreditation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
• MBBS with MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital management role is an advantage
• Commitment to patient safety and a passion for improving healthcare quality
• The candidate will also be responsible for managing and overseeing digital marketing activities
