Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Gurugram. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews and standardized psychological testing, to evaluate mental health conditions and treatment needs. Responsibilities include providing individual and group psychotherapy, formulating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation and case records. The role involves collaborating with psychiatrists, counselors, social workers, and other team members to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care. The Clinical Psychologist will also participate in case conferences, provide psychoeducation to patients and families, contribute to clinical supervision and training where required, and may support ongoing research and clinical studies within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of psychiatric and behavioral conditions.
  • Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, interpretation, and reporting of standardized assessments.
  • Expertise in Counseling Psychology, with skills in evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Experience or interest in Clinical Supervision, mentoring junior clinicians, and contributing to a learning-focused clinical environment.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil/Ph.D or equivalent) from a recognized institution; relevant licensure/registration as per local regulations.
  • Prior clinical experience in psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or similar mental health settings, preferably with diverse diagnostic groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume clinical environment, with sound professional boundaries and commitment to ethical, trauma-informed care.
  • Familiarity with digital health records and openness to participating in tele-mental health services and research activities is an advantage.
