Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role located in Gurugram. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and diagnostics, developing and implementing therapy plans, and providing individual and group counseling services. In addition, the role includes offering clinical supervision, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal care. The Clinical Psychologist may also contribute to mental health education and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
- Proficiency in conducting Psychological Testing and assessments
- Robust understanding of Mental Health care practices and ethical standards
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and guiding other mental health professionals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working in mental health or rehabilitation settings is an advantage
