Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a clinical psychologist based in Bengaluru. The clinical psychologist will provide therapy and counseling services, conduct psychological assessments, facilitate mental health interventions, and manage clinical supervision when required. The role will also involve collaborating with the team to address client needs and contribute to the development of effective therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology with expertise in Counseling Psychology
• Experience in Psychological Testing and conducting assessments
• Knowledge and skills in managing Mental Health and providing therapeutic interventions
• Ability to perform Clinical Supervision for other mental health professionals as needed
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathic listening skills
• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certification to practice as a clinical psychologist
• Prior experience in couple counseling or relationship therapy is preferred

Mandatory Qualifications

• MSc in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in psychological practice
• Training or certification in relationship-focused therapy
