Clinical Psychologist

You will provide psychological assessment & psychotherapy to children, couples & adults. You will help clients understand what they are carrying & design care & support that fits each person.

Success in this role looks like: accurate & useful assessments; clients making meaningful progress in therapy; & your clinical judgment strengthening the care we offer across the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethical, effective psychotherapeutic services to children, couples & adults
• Conduct assessments & use psychometric tools to inform care
• Develop & review treatment approaches that are specific to each client
• Document & maintain session records to a high standard

Qualifications

• MA or MSc in Clinical, Counselling or Applied Psychology
• MPhil in Clinical Psychology
• Mandatory RCI registration as per regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in psychological Testing, including assessment, interpretation, & integration of results into treatment planning.
• Demonstrated experience working with children, couples, & individuals with an understanding of diverse clinical presentations & holistic care.
• Training or experience in trauma-informed & queer-affirmative practice is highly beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ethical judgment, & the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in spoken & written Hindi & Marathi preferred
