Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Pune. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling and therapy services, offer clinical supervision, and support the mental health needs of clients. Day-to-day tasks will include one-on-one sessions, group therapy, creating tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychology, including a strong understanding of psychological theories and principles
• Proficiency in Psychological Testing and assessment methods
• Experience and knowledge in supporting Mental Health and promoting emotional well-being
• Skills in Counseling Psychology, offering one-on-one and group counseling services
• Ability to provide Clinical Supervision and mentorship to team members
• Mphil degree or similar in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and licensure to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working in corporate mental health or related fields is a plus
• Empathy, active listening, and a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness
