Designation :- Clinical Psychologist
Experience :- Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience ofpsychological assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and rehabilitation support for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. The role requires working closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team.
Job Description :-
- Clinical Assessment Diagnosis
Conduct detailed case history interviews
Perform psychological assessments and psychometric testing
Interpret test results and prepare psychological reports
Assist psychiatrists in diagnostic clarification
Develop individualized treatment plans
Set measurable therapeutic goals
Monitor progress and modify treatment strategies
Provide individual psychotherapy (CBT, REBT, supportive therapy, etc.)
Conduct group therapy sessions
Provide family counseling andpsycho-education
Manage crisis intervention when required
- Rehabilitation IPD Management
Conduct structured therapy sessions in inpatient setting
Participate in ward rounds and case discussions
Maintain therapeutic environment in rehab
Maintain session notes and case files
Prepare progress reports
Follow clinical SOPs and ethical guidelines
Ensure confidentiality and professional standards
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers
Participate in case conferences
Support discharge planning and relapse prevention plans
