Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Clinical Psychologist based at Amrita Hospital in Faridabad. The Clinical Psychologist will provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, developing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role may involve providing education and support to patients and their families while adhering to ethical and professional standards within the hospital.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Skills in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other psychotherapeutic approaches
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential documentation
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health protocols
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
  • State licensure to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
