Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple clinical projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards.
Agile Delivery
- Work within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) in clinical teams.
- Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and adaptability in project execution.
Data & Technology Integration
- Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to embed automated and AI-driven workflows.
- Leverage actionable data for decision-making and performance optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as primary liaison between clinical teams, commercial, marketing, data & analytics, medical economics, finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Manage communication plans and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Operational Excellence
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions for efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs related to health outcomes, customer experience, and operational performance.
