Role Description

We are looking for individuals experienced in physiotherapy and PMR with a passion for impacting real lives through technology. The position is an on-site opportunity, based in IIT Bombay, Mumbai. These individuals will be assessing patients with neurological conditions, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, implementing innovative therapy techniques, and monitoring progress. This role blends clinical practice with technology-enabled care delivery and structured data documentation. This position comes with rich exposure to both medical device hardware and digital health applications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop rehabilitation plans for individuals with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, and related disorders
  • Assess and treat individuals with Parkinson's Disease and other neurological conditions using evidence-based physiotherapy approaches
  • Support and deliver both in-person and tele-rehabilitation sessions as part of structured therapy programs
  • Participate in clinical studies and validation of medical devices and digital health solutions
  • Maintain structured clinical documentation, reports, and patient records across digital platforms
  • Use basic data tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking assessments, outcomes, and study records
  • Participate in clinical trials while ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, research, product, and technology teams
  • Monitor patient status during therapy sessions and escalate emergency situations to senior clinical staff when required

Qualifications

  • BPT / MPT (Neurological Physiotherapy preferred) / PMR background
  • Familiarity with Parkinson's Disease, neurological rehabilitation, and clinical assessment tools
  • Experience in patient assessment, therapy planning, and neurorehabilitation
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, written, and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient data
  • Basic computer literacy including: MS Excel / Google Sheets
