Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Physiotherapist based in Kolkata. The Clinical Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing various therapeutic exercises and techniques to alleviate pain and restore mobility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting physical therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves educating patients on post-treatment care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the highest standards of patient support and compassion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and execution of physical therapy techniques
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation methods, and pain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient education and foster a caring environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- Previous experience in clinical or physical therapy roles is highly desirable
