Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Clinical Educator to provide clinical training, product education, and on-ground support for healthcare professionals. The role will play a critical part in bridging clinical knowledge with product application in the diagnostics / life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training and product education to doctors, lab professionals, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, CMEs, and training sessions.
- Support sales team with clinical expertise during customer interactions.
- Assist in product evaluations, trials, and implementation at hospitals/labs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and clinical content.
- Stay updated with latest clinical practices, diagnostic technologies, and guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance and customer insights.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical knowledge in diagnostics / healthcare / life sciences.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical application.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with clinical environments (labs/hospitals).
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry.
- Additional certifications in clinical training will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in clinical training / application specialist / medical educator role.
- Experience in diagnostics, lab instruments, or healthcare industry.
- Exposure to hospital or lab environment.
