We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nutritionist to join our team and provide personalized nutrition counseling, monitor client progress, and educate them on sustainable eating habits for long-term health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation & Counseling: Conduct in-depth consultations, assess dietary habits, medical history, and lifestyle to design personalized nutrition plans.
- Custom Meal Planning: Develop and prescribe diet plans tailored to clients nutritional needs, considering their preferences, medical conditions, and lifestyle.
- Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustments: Track client progress, evaluate strengths and challenges, and make necessary modifications to their nutrition plans.
- Education & Motivation: Guide clients on nutrition, fitness, and wellness, ensuring they stay motivated throughout their journey.
- Program Implementation: Work closely with the team to implement and refine structured nutrition programs that align with Nourish With SIM's methodologies.
- Client Retention & Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery, build strong client relationships, and take proactive steps to enhance retention and client satisfaction.
- Client Support & Accountability: Provide continuous support and accountability to ensure adherence to diet plans and overall program success.
- Collaboration: Work alongside trainers, coaches, and the social media team to create informative nutrition content and support marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
- M.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics (Required)
- Registered Dietitian (Preferred)
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Clinical experience in nutrition counseling and consultation (preferably with diverse clients).
- Strong understanding of clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tech-savvy with internet-based tools.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and educate clients effectively.
- Team player with a growth mindsetopen to learning and working with diverse clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and adjust protocols accordingly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
