This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior professionals who know how to turn complex clinical and operational data into decisions that matter. You'll bring your healthcare BI leadership experience to a team working on some of the most advanced AI projects in the industry.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and surface insights that support leadership decisions
- Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, trusted outputs that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Apply your domain expertise to evaluate, quality-check, and improve AI-generated outputs related to clinical analytics and healthcare data reasoning
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management within regulated environments
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets and understanding their real-world implications
- Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into meaningful narratives for both clinical and operational stakeholders
- Self-directed and reliable — you deliver quality work independently without hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools, LLM outputs, or AI training workflows
- Background in health informatics, population health, or value-based care analytics
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
