Job Overview

Sanskara Hearing Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Clinical Audiologist to join our team on a full-time basis, operating out of Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and passion for audiological care, playing a key role in patient assessment and treatment. The position offers a unique opportunity to interact with patients, ensuring they receive unparalleled care tailored to their auditory health needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Audiological Assessment (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in conducting comprehensive hearing assessments to determine the type and degree of hearing loss.
  • Hearing Aid Fitting (Mandatory skill): Expertise in selecting and fitting hearing aids to meet the specific needs of patients using the latest technology.
  • Patient Counseling (Mandatory skill): Ability to counsel patients and address their concerns, providing education and support for managing hearing loss.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Skilled in diagnostic audiological testing to identify auditory and vestibular disorders accurately.
  • Auditory Processing Disorder: Experience in evaluating and managing auditory processing disorders with appropriate interventions.
  • Case Management: Capable of managing patient cases effectively, ensuring individualized care and follow-up plans are implemented.
  • Clinical Documentation: Proficient in maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation as per industry standards.
  • Aural Rehabilitation: Expertise in designing and implementing aural rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs for auditory improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiometric evaluations and interpret results to diagnose auditory disorders.
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive devices to patients based on their unique hearing profiles.
  • Provide detailed counseling to patients and their families on hearing loss management techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care and treatment solutions.
  • Maintain precise clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and deliver individualized aural rehabilitation programs for patients of various age groups.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to incorporate new techniques and technology.
  • Actively participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about audiological health.
