Role Description The Clinical Audiologist will provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, diagnose hearing and related communication disorders, and recommend appropriate treatment plans and hearing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing audiometric assessments, fitting and fine-tuning hearing aids, delivering counseling and education to clients and families, and documenting clinical findings in accordance with professional standards. The role involves close collaboration with other hearing care professionals to ensure continuity of care and high-quality client outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent in-person interaction with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing for assessment, diagnosis, and device fitting.
• Skills in Speech and Speech Therapy to support communication improvement and counseling.
• Expertise in Aural Rehabilitation to design and implement individualized hearing rehabilitation programs.
• Recognized degree or diploma in Audiology or Hearing & Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Relevant professional licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
• Experience in clinical practice, preferably in hearing aid centers or ENT/audiology clinics.
• Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and client education skills, with a focus on empathy and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
