We're Hiring: Clinical Audiologists
Crystal Hearing Solutions is a hearing care provider based in Mumbai, offering comprehensive hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting, rehabilitation, and ongoing hearing care services.
With over 30 years of combined experience in the hearing instrument industry, our team brings strong technical and clinical expertise to every patient. We are committed to delivering personalized hearing solutions, quality products, and high standards of patient care.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for Clinical Audiologists to join our team.
Position: Clinical Audiologist
Number of Positions: 4
Locations: Mumbai & Kalyan
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Qualification: MASLP or MSc. Audiology
Experience: Freshers and experienced audiologists are welcome
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Hearing-aid selection, fitting, programming, and fine-tuning
- Real-Ear Measurements (REM) and hearing-aid verification
- Hearing-aid counseling, follow-up, troubleshooting, and patient support
- Aural rehabilitation and auditory training
- Patient and family counseling regarding hearing loss and communication strategies
- Accurate clinical documentation and record keeping
- Collaboration with ENT specialists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining ethical, patient-centered, and evidence-based clinical practices
What We're Looking For
- MASLP or MSc. Audiology from a recognized institution
- Strong foundation in clinical and diagnostic audiology
- Good understanding of hearing-aid fitting, programming, and verification
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and grow within a clinical environment
