Role Description

The primary objective of the clinical application specialist role is to support the work of the sales team and drive sales in India. The application specialist steps in after the account conversion by the sales team and will be responsible for training HCW in using the product, advise on the best workflow and SOP, handle questions and concerns from users, set up the account for digital training and traceability.

Additionally maintaining account records on Salesforce, liaise with digital team in UK, provide support and follow up for the sales team.

Build relationships with HCW based on trust and integrity.

Perform product demonstrations with proficiency and confidence on all Tristel products.

Be comfortable and proficient with digital systems, mobile Apps and different software applications

The candidate will provide product quotations to distributors and customers according to the agreed terms with the supervisor.

The candidate will organize product samples, brochures, supporting references and documents for distributors, doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.

The candidate may be required to travel to attend professional society conferences that Tristel is exhibiting at, meet with customers and distributors.These may fall on weekends. Other frequent travel will be required within India.

Skills & Competencies

• The candidate will have excellent personal presentation, confident manner, and a high level of integrity.
• Both written and spoken communication is to be of a high standard.Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory, and at least 3 of the following: Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil is an added advantage, Telugu or Kannada.
• The candidate will be required to work in a small team, and this will require someone who is a self-starter and can quickly understand what needs to be done and what priority without daily supervision.
• The candidate will need to quickly grasp what the objectives are, and use initiative, time management, and focus to achieve the goals set by the supervisor.
