Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical and Ergonomics Advisor located in Mumbai. The Advisor will be responsible for delivering medically accurate advice on comfort and ergonomics, conducting quality improvement assessments, and ensuring the alignment of products with medical and health requirements. The role also involves providing training and educational sessions to internal teams and external stakeholders, along with collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product designs based on clinical insights.
Qualifications
- Background in Physiotherapy
- Experience with Quality Improvement processes and methodologies
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions and presentations
- Strong understanding of ergonomics and health-related product development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in comfort-tech or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as Health Sciences, Ergonomics, or Medicine
