Job Description:
Role Overview:
- We are seeking Clinical Analyst to support validation and quality assurance of clinical data and analytics platforms.
- This role plays a key part in ensuring that clinical systems and reporting solutions deliver accurate, reliable, and high-quality outputs to clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for clinical data and analytics platforms.
- Execute test cases and scenarios aligned with clinical workflows and business requirements.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Perform data comparisons and result verification to ensure expected outcomes.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Collaborate with Clinical Programmers, Data Managers, and cross-functional teams during testing cycles.
- Maintain test documentation and evidence in compliance with quality standards
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in clinical trials, clinical data review, or system testing/UAT
- Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and data workflows
- Exposure to software testing or UAT methodologies
- Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Spotfire or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to clinical data standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM)
- Basic knowledge of SAS, SQL, or data querying concepts
- Experience working with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)
- Understanding of quality and compliance practices (e.g., GxP)
