Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune for a Clinic Sales Manager at Derma Elementts. The Clinic Sales Manager will be responsible for driving clinic sales, developing client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role entails overseeing sales operations, managing client inquiries, coordinating with the clinic team, analyzing sales metrics, and providing insights for process optimization. The manager will also focus on identifying new opportunities to expand the client base and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience, as well as strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of dermatology, aesthetics, or healthcare industry is preferred, with the ability to effectively present and promote relevant services.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build trust.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics, set realistic targets, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
• Problem-solving aptitude, leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
