Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a Dialysis Centre located in Noida Extension near Gaur City. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, staff coordination, patient management, and maintaining high standards of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dialysis centre and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and supervise clinic staff including nurses, technicians, and front desk team
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for patient scheduling and treatment planning
- Ensure proper patient registration, billing, and documentation processes
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards within the clinic
- Handle patient queries and ensure excellent patient care experience
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and dialysis consumables
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic protocols
- Monitor staff performance and support efficient workflow management
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred
Experience: Minimum 23 years experience in hospital, dialysis centre, or clinic management
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and patient handling abilities
- Knowledge of hospital operations and administrative processes
- Basic understanding of dialysis centre operations preferred
