Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Clinic Assistant at Krystal Dental Care, located in Ahmedabad. The Clinic Assistant will perform receptionist duties, coordinate and handle patient care activities, greet and assist patients during their visit, manage appointments, and maintain patient records. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with patients, and understanding basic medical terminology to support daily clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting professionally with patients and team members
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing appointments efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills for enhancing patient experience during visits
- Understanding of Medical Terminology relevant to dental care
- Experience in Patient Care and the ability to assist with clinic workflows
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with dental software or clinic management systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or administration is an advantage
