Job Description

Join Global Tax Operations to maximize client investment outcomes by enabling effective tax relief at source and executing retrospective tax reclaims across global markets. Operate in a highrisk, changeheavy environment with diverse market procedures and complex regulatory requirements, delivering precise reconciliation, reporting, and payments.

Job Summary

As an Operations Analyst in Global Tax Operations, you support clients in filing claims and deliver regulatory reporting and payment services across multiple markets and lines of business. You will own reconciliation, documentation, reporting, and tax payments to authorities while collaborating closely with clients, client representatives, middle office, settlements, Finance, and Corporate Tax teams in multiple locations. You ensure accuracy and timeliness against strict deadlines, adapt to market/regulatory changes, and maintain comprehensive records and process documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute reconciliation of income and tax to obtain agent vouchers and other ad hoc documents.
  • Capture client requests accurately and deliver required documentation on time.
  • Perform tax reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
  • Understand market changes and translate impacts into internal process updates.
  • Manage stakeholders and drive close collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Provide proactive analysis, support, and guidance on outstanding queries to clients and client representatives.
  • Maintain and create comprehensive internal records, procedures, and project/process documentation to capture market and procedural changes accurately.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent basic knowledge of dividend income and tax.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills ability to maintain accuracy under strict deadlines excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player with multitasking capability and stakeholder management across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables disciplined documentation and reconciliation practices.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Technical knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
  • Ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, UiPath, and other lowcode tools.
  • Experience operating in highrisk, multimarket regulatory environments with complex procedures and change agendas.
