Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Manager located in Vasant Vihar. The Client Support Manager will actively engage with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by solving queries and providing effective support. Responsibilities include responding to customer issues, managing client relationships, offering technical assistance when required, and gathering insights for improvement through data analysis.

Working Schedule

  • Working Days: 3 days a week (work from office) and 2 days (WFH)
  • Team members to work together on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Working Hours:

  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, including a 30-minute break

Skills & Competencies

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple chats and priorities simultaneously

• Attention to detail and process adherence

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Familiarity with food-tech platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, POS systems) is an advantage
