Sales and Growth
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Develop and implement Key Client Account plans

- Identify opportunities for revenue growth along clients unique requirements
- Delivery value and align the product offerings with the client's needs
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate Product Deals & Pricing agreements in coordination with Sales Head and Regional Sales Manager
- Maintain the repository of contract agreements & invoices
Cross Department Coordination
- Work with internal teams – sales operations, Customer Support, Stores & Logistics to ensure client needs are met or exceeded
Reports
- ¾ Sales Performance Reports - Track sales targets, Sales figures - Institutional accounts
- Key Account Status Reports - Comprehensive overview of each key account - Location, company status, Engagement frequency and actionable next steps
- Sales Activity Reports - Document each interaction with the client, including details of the activity, its outcome, and any follow-up actions
- Sales Funnel Reports - Track the progress of potential deals through different stages, from initial lead to order booked or deal lost

Educational Qualifications
- MBA – Technology Management / Marketing / Sales / Operations with Graduation
Experience
- 5+ years in IT Hardware, IT sales-based organisation in Domestic market and working experience in dealing corporate clients
- B2B IT sales / IT products/services experience across different sectors
