Job Description

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing post-sales client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, high client satisfaction, and long-term account growth. The role acts as a bridge between clients and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client engagement post onboarding – delivery, communication, and satisfaction
  • Act as primary client SPOC for ongoing projects and escalations
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery by coordinating with engineering, QA, and PM teams
  • Drive client retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct regular status calls, reviews, and success metrics tracking
  • Manage scope changes, expectations, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure SLA, quality, and outcome commitments are met

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Client Success / Account Management / Delivery Management
  • Strong exposure to IT services, software development, or digital agency models
  • Excellent stakeholder management & client communication skills
  • Experience handling international clients (US/UK/AU) preferred
  • Understanding of Agile, SDLC, and project delivery frameworks

Good To Have

  • Technical background or prior experience as BA / PM
  • Client success tools, CRM exposure
  • Experience in mobile, web, AI, cloud, or enterprise projects
