Client Success Manager (Prefer Civil candidates)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Manager based in Chennai. The Client Success Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing client concerns, developing customer retention strategies, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. The role also entails monitoring client feedback, analyzing data for optimization, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
• Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and project performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering positive client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in client management or a client-facing role, particularly in the construction or design-build industry
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to changing project needs
